This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you access our platform, use our AI repricing services, or interact with our support team.
Your trust is our most valuable asset. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Amazon Information Handling
RepriceMax connects to the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) on your behalf to provide repricing, listing, order, inventory, and reporting features. We treat all data retrieved through SP-API — including any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of Amazon customers — as Amazon Information and handle it strictly in accordance with the Amazon Services API Data Protection Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or license Amazon Information. We disclose Amazon Information only as necessary to fulfill a seller's order, provide the features the seller has authorized inside RepriceMax, operate our service through trusted infrastructure and sub-processors acting on our behalf, comply with applicable law, or protect the security and integrity of the service. Any such providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations consistent with Amazon's requirements.
Encryption
All Amazon Information is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest using AES-256. SP-API credentials and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form and are never exposed in logs or analytics.
Access Control
Access to Amazon Information is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, protected by role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging.
Retention
We retain Amazon Information only for as long as needed to provide the service. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) retrieved through SP-API is retained for no more than 30 days after the related order has shipped, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., tax/accounting obligations).
Deletion on Request
You can disconnect your Amazon Seller Central account from RepriceMax at any time from the account settings, which immediately revokes our SP-API access. You can also request permanent deletion of all your Amazon Information by emailing privacy@repricemax.com; we will complete deletion within 30 days.
Storage Location
Amazon Information is stored in production databases hosted in secure cloud regions and isolated within private virtual networks. We do not store Amazon Information on local workstations, removable media, or unmanaged endpoints.
Incident Response
If we become aware of a security incident affecting Amazon Information, we will notify Amazon within 24 hours, in line with the SP-API Data Protection Policy, and notify affected sellers without undue delay. We will also provide details of the affected data and remediation steps taken.

Name, email address, and billing details required to manage your subscription and provide access.
Marketplace Data
Amazon Seller Central keys, inventory listings, and competitor pricing data retrieved via secure APIs.
Usage Analytics
Information on how you interact with our dashboard, including features used and strategy configurations.
Technical Logs
IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers to help us diagnose issues and prevent fraud.
